The course, specifically for Broker-licensees, covers Georgia License Law related to real estate advertising. Content that appears on an individual agent’s business card to the required details of a property listing on social media, Broker approval requirements, fair housing, unfair trade practices, violations and penalties are discussed, and a final group activity enables students to identify unlawful ads.
