This course reviews real estate advertising rules and laws as it pertains to licensees and brokers. Items discussed cover size, frequency and prominence of broker's information, Federal copyright infringement, signage, printed and website advertisement, directionals, number of days that ads can stay up after contracts are expired, terminated or consumated, advertising non-listed and other broker's listings.  Course Code 64852.  Instructor: Regina Bryant
