Gun Safety Training 9/30/23: Don't Get Caught Lackin, Ladies Should You be Packin'?

Description

During this class you will learn: •Situational Awareness. •Avoid/ Escape/ Defend. •Handgun fundamentals (Stance, grip, aim) •How to load and unload. •How to safely carry. •Holsters vs concealed purses. •How to clear a jam. •Hands on live fire practice. •How to shop for a firearm. If you don't own a firearm, it is suggested that they take this class first before purchasing one. You will learn so much about what is important when shopping. A firearm is a very personal choice and what firearm is right for someone else, may not be right for you etc. Training handguns are available class if needed. If you bring your own gun, also bring a box of ammo, hearing protection and eye protection (sunglasses will work). If participants do use a loaned gun, there will be an additional $15 charge for ammo. Extra hearing protection and targets are provided. Instructor:  Shannon Hughes
